Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

Items that CAN be returned:

  • You receive the wrong item. Email us with the title: "Wrong Item Received- Order ID"
  • The item you think you receive is defective. Email us with the title: "Defective Item Received - Order ID".
  • We accept our customers' return of non-pierced items within 1 week of receiving the items.

 Items that CAN'T be returned:

- Earrings or piercing items, custom orders. For customer's hygiene and protection purposes, we don't accept piercing items return.

     When you return:

    • The returned items should be in original condition, in original package, put in original gift box. And they should be sturdy wrapped in case of any damage during the delivery.
    • A tracking number should be provided to us after shipping it back.
    • Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

    Can I cancel my order?

    All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

    Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?

    Within 15 days of receiving the order, you can ask us for:

    • A full refund if you don’t receive your order
    • A full or partial refund if the item is not as described
    • Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
    • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
    • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disasters).

          Refund:

          1, We don't refund when the product is still in shipping.

          2, We don't refund/cancel your order after 12 hours since you have made the purchase. As your order might have already been processed.

          3, Please note your original shipping fee (especially express shipping fee) is not refundable and it will be deducted from the refundable amount.

          Can I Exchange or Return my order?

          At Perlàa, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following solutions:

          • Damaged/Faulty Goods: If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please take pictures and contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of receiving the order. We will send a new item for you at no additional cost within 18-20 days. Failure to respond or provide the required information within this time will be treated as acceptance of the item in good condition.
          • Man-Made Accidents: We are not responsible for mishandling or man-made accidents involving the item you purchased.
          • Non-Receipt of order: If you do not receive your order after the guaranteed period of 30 days, please contact our Customer Care within 5 business days. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses.
