Items Eligible for Return:

• Wrong item received: Email us with "Wrong Item Received - Order ID."
• Defective item: Email us with "Defective Item Received - Order ID."
• Non-pierced items: Returns accepted within 1 week of receiving.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Earrings, pierced items, and custom orders (for hygiene reasons).

Return Process:

• Items must be in original condition, packaging, and gift box.
• Provide a tracking number after shipping.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellations:

• Cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of placing.
• Orders can’t be canceled once shipped.

Refunds:

• Full refund if order isn’t received within 30 days or is not as described.
• No refunds if the wrong address is provided or delays are caused by natural events.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Damaged or faulty goods can be replaced at no cost within 7 days.
• Man-made damages aren’t covered.
• Non-receipt claims must be made within 5 days after the 30-day delivery period.
